We have helped clients strategically place a small quantity of stone to achieve an upgraded look to their building and we have added large quantities of stone to completely transform a property.
But its not all about appearance! Stone is like the stucco and parging that we apply. It’s main purpose is to protect the building. A successful application is carefully installed with the result being an attractive but durable and permanent layer that keeps water from getting in.
Although we focus on exterior stone installations and repairs on our website and in the field, we are equally adept at adding stone within your building as well. We recognize working within a home or business needs to happen with special care and extra attention to cleanliness and moisture and dust control. Consider adding stone to your interior - it belongs inside too!
One last note in this introduction - we are masons but we focus on installing stone and tile. We do not work with concrete block/cinder block or with bricks. We have chosen to specialize but if you need a repair to blocks or bricks, contact us - maybe we can help

We take your budget into account to suggest the best location for the stone and how much to add to your exterior.
We care about proportion - stone should enhance, not take over. One exception is if you are looking for the appearance to be mostly or fully stone. (Then we look at proportion of other elements in relation to the stone majority).
There are many shapes and colours of stone on the market. Maybe you like the look of large field stones or the small, thin stones that make up a stacked micro ledgestone wall. Perhaps a brilliant white or a dark black rock fit your colour scheme. Or you want to mirror what we see in our Rocky Mountains - a rich uniform grey or a multi-toned collection of stone.
We are fortunate that our stone suppliers have excellent websites and showrooms to visit. Once we know what you love, paying them a visit will help you to confirm your choice.
And then we install.
It’s not just the stone itself that makes up a great installation. Its the care we use to place each unique rock.
We unpack the stone and choose each one individually to be placed on the wall.
We pay attention to the different colours in the crate and randomize their position.
We look at the pattern that the placement will achieve.
We carefully put the stone where it fits best with the others in the shipment.
Lastly, we set it in mortar to get a properly spaced result.
We are not interested in quickly pulling product from a box and adhering it haphazardly to a wall. We are artists selecting the right stone and the best place for it in our masterpiece.
